TCIS stands for Training Center Information System and it is to support operation of a training center. It handles student registration, placement test, scoring, up to student graduation and certificate management. This application was built based on three business functions (reception, cashier and back-office) and it also has an IT administration functions.

TCIS is a 32 bit Windows application and uses Microsoft Jet Engine database. TCIS is easy to use and implement. It supports stand alone computer as well as multi-user in client server environment. TCIS can also export reports to Microsoft Excel format to ease our clients should they would like to use the data for their accounting system.

TCIS is able to run on a low end computer specification and it can even run on Windows 98. This application was design to benefit small training center so they will be able to implement it without having to invest on new hardware.
